I. Introduction
On the basis of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and on repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) each personal data controller must enable an individual whose personal data they obtain and process to be acquainted with all important information on data collection and processing they are carrying out.
II. Personal data controller
Individual's personal data is managed by the ski jumping club SMUČARSKO SKAKALNI KLUB LJUBNO OB SAVINJI BTC, Plac 2, 3333 Ljubno ob Savinji, registration number 5138175000, tax ID number 20397780.

IV. The aim of personal data processing and the types of personal data, obtained and processed by the controller
With an individual's signature, the controller obtains personal data which is listed in the table below and filled in by each individual on their own. The controller collects and processes data with the objective of annual organisation of sports events in which the signed individual participates.
The compulsory data which the controller needs to obtain from an individual in order for them to be able to participate in the implementation of an individual sports event are: name and surname, address, postcode and town, phone number, tax ID number, bank account number; as their contact data, an individual can also list their e-mail address. The data controller will use the phone number only in order to contact an individual prior, during and after the sports event and only in connection with the mentioned event. Other obligatory data, i.e. name and surname, address, postcode and town, tax ID number and bank account number will be used by the controller only with reference to tax and payout purposes and registering all the participants for the implementation of the sports event.
Depending on the availability, the controller may grant an individual access to the competition area by a vehicle; in this case, an individual must inform the controller of the license plate of the vehicle, for which the controller grants an individual access.
V. Legal basis for personal data processing
The controller obtains and processes personal data on the basis of an individual's consent and the current tax legislation for the mentioned purposes.
VI. Personal data users
Personal data controller communicates individual personal data to the tax authority for the purposes from Item IV of this consent; the controller also communicates individual personal data to their potential contracting partners but always in an anonymised form, when applicable (e.g., clothing size) – all compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act. The controller does not communicate personal data to other countries.
VII. Personal data storage period
The controller will store and protect personal data by preventing possible unauthorised communication of data to unauthorised persons. When the cooperation with the controller ceases to exist, compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act, the controller will destroy all personal data.
VIII. The right of an individual to access personal data, to change data, to restrict its use and to revoke consent
At any moment, an individual can demand from the controller to disclose to them which personal data is stored and to whom it is communicated or submitted. When changes to their data occur, an individual can demand from the controller to register the change. At any moment, an individual can demand the restriction of the use of data which is not compulsory data for the period of obtaining and processing data, or can revoke their consent for the processing of their personal data. The revocation of the consent does not impact the legality of data processing which was being carried out on the basis of the consent until its revocation. The listed rights can be enforced via the e-mail address of the controller from Item II of this consent or in written form at the address of the data controller by listing the contact person.
IX. The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority
When an individual believes that the controller manages the personal data of an individual contrary to the purposes for which the data was obtained, an individual has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana.
X. Final provision
By giving their consent, an individual hereby confirms that they submitted their personal data to the data controller freely and without coercion or threat and hereby confirms the validity of personal data.
